Pepe The King Prawn Toy

Not easy to live!

"If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself! Take up his cross daily and follow me! " (Lk 9, 23-24) Easier to sing than to live! Would you try to sing it? ...

Marie-Andree leads us to reflect on the meaning to "deny yourself" what does that mean? ... Perhaps not wanting to dominate everything, control everything ... May be able to recognize that it is exactly ... What sayest thou? ...

take up his cross ... Yes agree to take up his cross ... One day it will. But every day? It's never done that? ... A tiny piece of sentence can help us take up our cross, ... take it again ... and resume again ... and it is "follow me"! Only the commitment to Jesus can take it and take it again ... day after day. Only true love can bear the daily, routine, day after day, illness, work, unemployment, the struggle for survival, support for those discouraged, isolated, abandoned, suffering, in pain ... The list of cross encountered can be long, very long ... Small Cross ... heavy cross ...

We conclude our meeting by welcoming the beautiful text by Robert Lebel, played by Albert Millaire "Coming from God."

God ... Go home As you go home at the end of each day, after our travels,
And find him near the repose of his heart.
learn from Him what love means ...
And rekindle the fire spread that he came.
Know Him say thank you, and ask forgiveness, and embrace without fear in the face of the world! (...)

God ... Go home As you go home. Tired, burnt, but capable of loving.
Being there ... Just be there ... Drop your arms ... And then get caught when he opens his.
I love you, God, I love you, further than any love, stronger than any fault.
And I know I am loved, not alone No, no, but with all those whom Thou hast entrusted.
They are there beside me, And I'll bring them:
they come, too, with you as you get home ...
