Everyday Minerals Concealers Swatch

Tips pre-race

Tomorrow you will start your first triathlon and you wonder well how it will happen ... So quietly read the following to avoid stressing before the race. Tumelin Julie, the coach of the School Triathlon Ploemeur give you some tips for you to succeed your running and you're having fun as possible:
before the race:
  • you completed registration form and you will mail the organization at the earliest;
  • you must have a medical certificate of "non-cons to the practice of the triathlon competition";
  • you verify that you have all the necessary equipment and is in good condition (read the details below);
  • you check the schedule of your race: minimal (1995-1996) 15:00 - chicks (2001-2002) 15:45 - Benjamin (1997-1998) to 1630 - Wards (1999-2000) at 17:30

on race day:

  • eat early (2 to 3 hours before the race) and not too much. There will be enough to regain strength after you had crossed the finish line;
  • arrives on the site at least 1:30 before the start to be quiet, having time to get your bib to settle down in the Park, to change you ...)
  • Take the necessary documents to your registration : ID Card, License (if you're fired), photocopies of medical certificates and swimming certificate if you do not already have provided
  • Near the registration desk will be posted important information: course map,, distance to walk according to your age category ... You will check carefully the number of turns of the route that you have to do

for swimming, you swim to land tomorrow with :

  • a bathing suit (the pool is heated, no need for combination)
  • glasses ( that of seawater, so it is salty and you could bite an eye
  • cap (to swim faster, you without your hair gene)
soon as get out of the water you put on your sneakers without taking the time to wipe your socks and put (it's a race !). The shoes are very practical to scratch, and then replace the laces with elastic because it will require that your shoelaces are tied for the right to get on your bike. Leaving the pool, you go get your bike running in the park transition.

for cycling: bike + helmet (REQUIRED)

  • ride with a mountain or road bike tires with VTC. Vas see the description of the course there: http://triavenirploemeur.blogspot.com/2010/05/description-du-parcours-velo.html
  • if the handlebar (the handle) of your bike has handles shaped horns, they must be removed. In triathlon, it is sometimes close to other competitors and we must avoid the risk of fouling. Verifies that there is a cap at the ends of the hanger;
  • your bicycle must be in good working condition, it means that the brakes must operate . Make sure the cables are not broken or frayed and that the skates are not too worn out and in place against the rim. If you have disc brakes, attention to wear pads;
  • control wear of your tires, especially if you're an ace slip! If you see the frame or if there is a hernia when you inflate them, it is better to change them. It would be a shame to die during the race. You're strong enough to inflate more easily drive fast;
  • verify that your derailleur works well. If you have not, it does not matter. There is no coast on the difficult journey;
  • you can provide a water bottle, but it is heavy and the race did not last very long (5 to 10 minutes);
  • before putting your helmet you must clothe a t-shirt for you protection if dropped.
  • you put your helmet (in a good way!) And Close the jugular before taking your bike;
  • It's not very practical to shorts because you will have your shoes. Your swimsuit is sufficient (if you have a t-shirt lycra, you can swim with, that you will save time). Do not be afraid to be cold if you ride wet. During a triathlon in May, we did not really have time to catch cold! You will go quickly assume a sweat just after the race;
  • the laces of your shoes should be tied not to wrap around the pedals or be taken in chain;
  • Finally, you'll take your bike by hand and come up after crossing over a line painted on the ground that marks the end of the transition No. 1 (swimming / cycling).
for running:
  • You get down from your bike before the line painted on the ground that marks the beginning of the transition No. 2 (bike / run) and you will place your bike in the park transition without the thrown (or your headphones);
  • Then, you run as fast as possible to the finish!
Good end of preparation and come in the form Saturday, May 29

The bike course

The bike course is plotted on a large esplanade overlooking the ocean. It borrows paved walkways closed to all traffic and freshly mowed lawns. It is a term typed "cyclocross" with some passages requiring a bit of agility, but without difficulty or terrain. It is advisable to use a bike or a road bike tires with "all roads" (as in cyclocross). The 1,200 m tower is covered several times by class age. You can find out by clicking the image above.
  • chicks (born in 2001 & 2002): 1 lap = 1.200m
  • pupils (born in 1999 & 2000): 2 laps = 2.400m
  • youngest (born in 1997 & 1998 ): 3 laps = 3.600m
  • minimal (born in 1995 & 1996): 4 laps = 4.800m

At the end of the pool, take the bike in the park transition No. 1 ( T1 swim / bike), then 50m on a paved driveway to pick up speed and 100m climb on a lawn sloping (Photo 1). There are some ruts. Hairpin turn around a large cedar tree that is the culmination of the course (Fig. 2). Big stimulus (picture 3) and slight descent of 50m on grass (photo 4) and then back on the asphalt, hard right turn and straight faux flat amount (Fig. 5). Long descent on the asphalt where it is possible to recover (photos 6, 7 & 8) and then back on the grass to a passage in a shady glade that has a big strain to avoid (photos 9 & 10) . We go out of the undergrowth by a right turn (photos 11 & 12) and a stimulus to go out dancing in the lawn rather fat! This is the place ideal place for an attack and release its competitors ... A mid-term return on a paved alley that runs alongside the tennis court (photos 13 to 16). The wind usually blows from the front. Turn left and cross a lawn on 50m (photo 17). 150m Aisle half asphalt / half "ribin", where one approaches the sea and the wind can blow very front (photos 18 & 19). Back on asphalt driveway with sequence of right and left turns (photos 20 & 21). New for 2010, turn left to go in a young pine forest that ends with an embankment to cross in force (photos 22 to 24). Attention to the choice the gear! Back on the asphalt for a rise of 80m (photo 25) which ends the round. At the end of the cycling course, turn right into the park Transition 2 (T2 bike / run).

Warning , the Rehabilitation Center of Functional Kerpape greets us on the ride instead of the usual patients. Some disabled people may be on the paths that make up the course. The competitors then take care not to surprise and disturb these walkers. We rely on the understanding of all.

Blood Tinged Ewcm 2 Days Before Period

List of participants The course running

The route of the running (CAP) is drawn into the bike course on a large freshly mowed lawn, a slight tilt. Right out of the park T2 (second transition), bypassing a large tree (photo 1), then descends 80m against the grain of the cycling course (Fig. 2). Then comes a passage in return that can cross and watch the other competitors as a true triathlon! (Photos 3, 4 & 5). Turn right and climb 100m to the summit of the route (pictures 6 & 7). Turn left, then back to the park along with T2-cons feel the bike course. Within the course, the finish was at the end of a straight slightly downhill for 40m sprint at high speed! The 360m tower is covered several times by age group:

  • chicks: 1 lap = 400m + arrival
  • wards: 2 laps + 760m = arrival
  • benjamins: 3 turns + = 1.120m arrival
  • R.: 4 rounds + = 1.480m arrival

Riders should beware of a few holes left by lots of little bunnies that frequent the lawn in normal times and dig their burrows. Nothing dangerous. Those who practice cross-country in winter will not be surprised ...

Why Is My Period Blood Mucusy

How is the Future of Triathlon Kerpape?

Who can participate? What distances?

Children who are born between 1995 and 2002 may participate. No minimum is required, you just know how to swim without buoy. The race is made to discover the pleasure to chain the 3 disciplines of triathlon, whatever their age. There are age categories with distances suitable:
  • chicks (born in 2001 & 2002) - 33m swim / bike 1.200m / Running 400m
  • pupils (born in 1999 & 2000) - 75m / 2.400m / 800m
  • youngest (born in 1997 & 1998) - 125m / 3.600m / 1.200m
  • minimesb (born in 1995 & 1996) - 175m / 4.800m / 1.600m

There will be a race for each age category, with a separate classification boys / girls.

How is the course?

Races are held on the beautiful facilities of the Functional Rehabilitation Kerpape, beachfront south of the town Ploemeur (56), near Lorient

Swimming Swimming takes place in the pool seawater pool (indoor). 33m pool. As a real whitewater triathlon, competitors follow a bypass route with buoys. Competitors are several towers of 50m by age category. They lace up their shoes right out of the water park and join the bike ran about 100m. We are sorry for the spectators, the edge of the basin they are not accessible.
Bike
The bike path is a large esplanade overlooking the ocean. It borrows paved walkways closed to all traffic and freshly mowed lawns. It is a term typed "cyclocross" with some passages requiring a bit of agility, but without difficulty or terrain. It is advisable to use a bike or a road bike tires with "all roads" (as in cyclocross). Tour of 1200 is covered several times by class age.
Running
The route running is drawn inside the bike course. 30% road and 70% on a lawn freshly mowed, a slight slope. The 400m tower is covered several times by age category.

What happens during the race?
The age categories are separated. Girls do not run with the boys, unless there are few ... Please note that the pool is not large enough for all competitors for the same race start at the same time, there will be departures wave of 20 competitors in a maximum same race. The time difference between the waves will be erased to get the ranking. During the race, competitors must not be content with their place, they race against the clock.
