Salima muzungu is an old song of Mayotte, also known in Anjouan.
It is performed on video by Anibal.

Instead of muzungu Salima (Salima the stranger), some say muzuri Salima (Salima beautiful). On the video, Anibal Moreover, once said muzuri and once muzungu .

Similarly, instead of the strange dhahabu (the sail is made of gold), another version says the dhahabu kanga (a basket [full] of gold).

I never heard that one verse. Music and Society in Comoros , Damir Ben Ali quotes this song he said was a shakasha . Following that gives this couplet on a different metric, seems quite disjointed, as if there had been an interpolation.
