The legend of the twist
O n is said that the late seventeenth century was the pastry shop to Papillot Soils in Lyon . He had an apprentice, to correspond with his sweetheart, he slipped through the window of the shop, around which were wrapped chocolates words of love. Sieur Papillot noticed the disappearance of its chocolates, but instead of scolding his apprentice, he adopted the idea and decided to replace the soft words by jokes and riddles. The wrapper was born.
